Report a wrong price or score
Every number on this site comes from reading a store's own web pages, and those pages change without warning. The most common mistake is a pack size read incorrectly, which makes a price look far better or worse than it is.
If something looks off, email [email protected] with the link to the cigar on our site and what the store actually shows. We fix the parser that produced the error rather than patching the single row. Our methodology page explains how prices and CigarScores are calculated.
Stores, brands and partnerships
Suggestions for a store we should compare or a cigar we are missing are welcome at the same address. If you are asking about affiliate relationships, our affiliate disclosure explains how the site is funded and why no store can pay for a better position in the comparison.
We are a comparison site, not a store: questions about an order, shipping or a return need to go to the retailer you bought from.
