Cigar Deals Online is strictly intended for legal adults aged 21 and older. We do not sell tobacco products directly and do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you may not use this website or our mobile app.

Both the website and the Android app present an age confirmation before any catalog content is shown, and the app records your confirmation on your device so it is not asked again. Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.

We collect minimal personal data to operate and improve our comparison tools:

• Voluntarily Provided Information: When you contact us via email, submit feedback, or subscribe to alerts or watchlists, we receive your email address and any message content you provide.
• Local Browser Storage:We use your browser’s local storage and session cookies to store your UI preferences (such as price filters, sorting choices, and watchlisted items) and age verification confirmation without transmitting personally identifiable profiles to our servers.
• Account Information (optional):If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, profile picture URL, and Google account identifier. Signing in is entirely optional — every comparison, search, and browsing feature works without an account.
• Outbound Click Records:When you follow a “Buy” link we record which offer and retailer was clicked, along with the browser user agent and referrer, so we can reconcile our own counts against what affiliate networks report. These records are not linked to your account.
• Log & Technical Data: When you access our servers, our hosting infrastructure logs standard connection parameters including IP address, user agent, browser type, referral URLs, and requested endpoints to maintain site security, detect bot abuse, and ensure service availability.

You can use Cigar Deals Online entirely without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and does one thing: it moves your watchlist off a single device so it is shared between the website and the app, and lets us email you when a cigar you are watching drops in price.

When you sign in, Google provides us with your email address, name, profile picture URL, and a Google account identifier. We store these to identify your account and to send the price alerts you asked for. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not use your sign-in to access anything else in your Google account.

Your session is held in a secure, HTTP-only cookie. Signing out clears it.

The Cigar Deals Online Android app reads the same public catalog the website does. What it stores on your device is limited to your age confirmation, your watchlist, and, if you sign in, your session cookie.

The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, photos, or files. The only permissions it declares are network access.

Outbound “Buy” links open in your device browser rather than inside the app, so any purchase happens in the browser you already trust, under that retailer’s own privacy policy.

If you sign out or uninstall the app, everything it stored on your device goes with it.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors discover and interact with our pages, guides, and comparison tables.

GA4 uses cookies and device identifiers to measure aggregate metrics such as page views, session duration, and referral paths. IP addresses are anonymized and processed in aggregate. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across the web by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

When you click outbound “Buy” or “View Deal” links to third-party retailers (such as Famous Smoke Shop, JR Cigar, Cigars International, Mike’s Cigars, Cigar Page, Holt’s, and others), you leave our site and navigate to an independent third party.

Outbound redirect links (e.g., via /api/go/offer/*) may append affiliate tracking codes or merchant identifiers so partner networks (such as CJ Affiliate, Impact, Awin, Ascend, Sovrn Commerce, or Amazon Associates) can credit qualifying referral sales. These networks may set their own tracking cookies on merchant sites. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, cookies, or policies of third-party retailer websites. We encourage you to review each store’s privacy policy before making a purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information we collect is used solely to:

• Deliver, optimize, and maintain the functionality of Cigar Deals Online.
• Respond to your direct inquiries, feedback, or bug reports.
• Protect our systems against malicious activity, automated scraping, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve deal discovery and pricing accuracy.

You can remove your data at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do most of it:

• A single watched cigar: remove it from your watchlist on the website or in the app. The record is deleted rather than deactivated, so the email address held against that watch is removed with it, and any price alerts for it stop.
• Everything stored on your device: sign out of the app, or uninstall it. Your local watchlist and age confirmation are removed with it.
• Price alert emails: every alert email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, which deactivates that watch without needing to sign in.
• Your whole account: in the app, open More and tap Delete account in the account card — it takes effect immediately. If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. Full instructions are on the Delete Your Account page.

Account deletion removes your email address, name, profile picture URL, and Google account identifier, along with your saved watches and filters. Anonymous, non-identifying records — such as aggregate click counts that are not linked to any account — may be retained. We action deletion requests within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including California and the European Economic Area), you may have statutory rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we keep only what the service needs: if you have never signed in, we hold no personal profile for you at all.
