Crowned Heads Cigars Blood Medicine
Named after an ancient Nashville health tonic from the 1800s, Blood Medicine is handcrafted at Tabacalera Pichardo in Estelí, Nicaragua. Wrapped in an oily Ecuadorian Habano leaf over an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder and Nicaraguan fillers, it produces a nuanced medium-bodied smoke filled with floral sweetness, cinnamon, warm baking spices, toasted almonds, and sweet bread.

Crowned Heads Blood Medicine Limited Edition 2025 5 x 52
Cigar Aficionado · Jun 10, 2025 · Cigar Insider
A good-looking robusto with a symmetrical cap and flat head. It draws and burns evenly, showing spicy notes of ginger and cinnamon along with some toasty, herbal aspects. Hints of brown sugar appear before a finish suggesting gingerbread.
