What we track at Flatbed Cigar Co.
Cheapest first. Every price here is the best across all retailers stocking that line — which is not always Flatbed Cigar Co., and saying so is the point of the comparison.
We track Flatbed Cigar Co., but none of their current listings overlap with a line another retailer also stocks — so there is nothing to compare yet. Their individual offers are on the deals page.
How these prices are worked out
Box, bundle and five-pack prices are all normalized to a price per cigar so they can be compared at all, out-of-stock listings are excluded, and implausible prices are thrown away rather than published. The full method covers what we discard and why, and how eighteen critics become one CigarScore.
