Black Label Trading Company Deliverance Porcelain Corona Gorda

The Porcelain was originally a limited edition line extension of the Deliverance line released December of 2018. In June of this year, it was announced that it would be joining the portfolio as a regular production. James Brown, creator of Black Label Trading Company, and partner at Oveja Negra, blended Deliverance Porcelain with a Connecticut wrapper, Nicaraguan habano binder, and fillers from Nicaragua and USA Pennsylvania. This cigar was reviewed blind (no bands) by a panel of at least 4 reviewers. They did not know what they were smoking beforehand. The scores are an average of all the reviewers' scores with outliers removed. All of our cigars reviewed are shipped to the panelists with Boveda packs to ensure optimal smoking experience. Porcelain only comes in one vitola, a 5 1/2 x 48 corona gorda (robusto). Before becoming a regular production cigar, only 650 boxes of 16 were made. The cigar sells for $10.

Multiple seams top the head of this tan, pigtailed cigar. Its woody, hay-like character builds in intensity to show some nuttiness, a bit of spice and an oaky finish. The draw is quite open and the burn is dead even.
