H. Upmann Cigars Special Seleccion
Ranked in our Best Cheap Cigars Under $5 GuideA vintage-styled traditional Dominican release from Altadis U.S.A., Special Selección is handcrafted at Tabacalera de García in La Romana. Rolled with a smooth Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over prime Dominican binder and filler tobaccos, it produces an approachable mild-to-medium smoke brimming with velvety sweet cream, Spanish cedar, toasted almond, fresh-cut hay, and gentle white pepper.
