Tightly wrapped, somewhat tight a' draw. A spicy (cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon) sweet (car-a-mel sweetened cream) powerhouse with subtle nuances. Notes of every pepper braced by hardwood/cedar rising up from middlings. Barnyard under-belly wrapped in leather, seeped in its oils. Twixt even burnings is the need for two light re-touches.
