Rocky Patel Cigars The Edge 20th Anniversary
Marking twenty years of The Edge, this release is rolled at El Paraíso in Honduras with an aged Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Honduran Broadleaf binder and Honduran and Panamanian fillers. It is a medium-to-full smoke of wood and earth, with black and red pepper and a sweet cherry note.

Wow, how time flies. It has been 20 years since Rocky Patel introduced to the market a wallet friendly cigar known as “The Edge”. I remember this cigar so well, as I smoked tons of them and my favorite was always the Edge Sumatra. Originally the cigar came in 100-count humidor trays and the cigars Read more about Cigar Review: Rocky Patel Edge 20th Anniversary – Rated 88[…]

When Rocky Patel and his right-hand man, Nimish Desai, also known as ND, showed up for a recent Rocky event at Holt’s headquarters in Philly, we kicked back over some good Scotch and a bunch of cigars, including the Rocky Patel The Edge 20th Anniversary I’m smoking in a 6-by-52 Toro for today’s review. It’s hard to believe Rocky’s budget-friendly franchise, called The Edge, has been around for two whole decades. The Edge has been a major cornerstone in Rocky’s portfolio.Read full review on Holt's Staff Reviews

In 2004, Rocky Patel decided to launch a value-priced cigar that wouldn’t have any cigar bands, and would be packaged in 100-count crates. The cigar was dubbed The Edge and it became a huge hit for Patel’s Rocky Patel Premium Cigars company. Today the brand has now extended to eight different lines. The cigars now […] Key flavors: Wood, Natural Tobacco, Earth, Cherry-Cream, Red Pepper.

I thought the Rocky Patel The Edge 20th Anniversary Robusto delivered some interesting and tasty flavors that combined in ways to keep me engaged through most of the review. Being a big fan of the various other Edge offerings, I was eager to try the 20th Anniversary edition, and I would come back to this.
