Tatuaje Cigars Havana VI (Red Label)
Originally blended to deliver classical Cuban profile nuances at an approachable everyday price point, Havana VI is handcrafted at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí. Wrapped in a reddish Ecuadorian Habano leaf enclosing vintage Nicaraguan binder and fillers, it yields an impeccably balanced medium-bodied smoke brimming with sweet cedar, cured leather, warm baking spices, cocoa, and toasted nuts.

A gorgeous little corona with a dark red wrapper. It is a black cherry bomb that is peppered with spice and leather flavors. A strong, complex cigar with a long finish.

After two decades of consistently cranking out popular small-batch cigars, Tatuaje brand founder Pete Johnson has built a considerable portfolio of premium blends, and today I’m smoking his Havana VI line in a classic 5-by-50 Robusto called the Nobles. Tatuaje cigars are blended and produced by Pepin and Jaime Garcia, the father-and-son duo behind My Father cigars, in Estelí, Nicaragua. Tatuaje cigars are crafted to appeal to connoisseurs with a preference for rich, Cubanesque profiles.Read full review on Holt's Staff Reviews
