If you asked me to name the top three Tatuaje releases, at the time of their release, there is a very strong case for the Pork Tenderloin to be included. If you asked me to name the top three Tatuaje releases after a bit of age, the Pork Tenderloin makes it without a second thought. After a little over a year and a half, the Pork Tenderloin shows more strength in the second half than it had fresh and flavors that have morphed into a more balanced smoke overall if that was even possible given where they were young. These still have plenty of legs left and I would be shocked if they started going downhill anytime soon. If you have any of these left — protect them with your life . If you ever see any for sale — for the love of all that is holy, buy them.

Even in the era of regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, single shop exclusives remain an integral part of the cigar industry. If there is one person who revolutionized the shop exclusive market in premium cigars, it is Pete Johnson of Tatuaje Cigars. Johnson is known for creating some of the most high-profile […] Key flavors: Mocha, Black Pepper, Earth.

Overall, this cigar was great and while it might not have been as great as the original that I smoked, that doesn’t mean that this one had no legs to stand on. Consistent with the Tatuaje flavor profiles and the consistency of the My Father Cigars S.A. quality, this cigar was an ace across the board. No problems with construction or burn, the flavor kept me engaged and excited and the strength…let’s just say don’t start your day with this cigar unless you are used to that kind of thing.

The Tatuaje Pork Tenderloin 2025 is a fantastic release. The construction was perfect from start to finish. Draw and burn top notch. It was a balanced cigar, and it had a great level of complexity and transitioning throughout. The flavor profile delivered strength and richness and was a great example of Connecticut Broadleaf over Nicaraguan tobacco. This is a cigar that smokes great now but will age wonderfully. I should have bought a bundle when this cigar was released. Fantastic blend.
