Fat cigars have gone mainstream, and today I’m stretching my jaw around a Perdomo Inmenso Seventy Sun Grown in the 570 size, a five-inch smoke with a tubular 70-ring gauge. Once upon a time, cigars this fat were considered novelties and borderline obscene. Today, they’re legit, taking up shelf space beside the finest premiums you’ll find in humidors across the country. Let me get a bonfire started so I can fully light the foot of a cigar that’s wider than the tailpipe on my Ford pickup, as I offer my appraisal of the biggest cigar in the Perdomo portfolio.Read full review on Holt's Staff Reviews

Cigar Aficionado · Dec 1, 2021
Enormous to behold, this huge cigar draws and burns evenly. It’s a mostly woody smoke with a mineral component and secondary notes of nuts, herbs and dried fruit. The finish is a bit acidic.

While I would have likely never considered purchasing this cigar except for the purposes of reviewing it, I’m not opposed to its flavor profile. The list of flavors found here is one that is a fairly classic bunch of sensations many people find in cigars. If this profile was offered in more normal sizes, this is the type of cigar that I think every new smoker should experience. It’s elementary, easy to handle, and pretty clean. That being said, the thing that stands out is the size; while it's not for me it's probably the main reason why most people will end up buying the cigar.
