Ashton Cigars Heritage Puro Sol
A tribute to the art of sun-grown tobacco cultivation, Heritage Puro Sol is rolled by the Fuente family at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia. in Santiago. Wrapped in an oily Ecuadorian Habano Sun Grown leaf encasing aged Dominican estate binder and filler, it presents a dynamic medium-bodied profile brimming with warm baking spices, cedar, toasted leather, and cocoa.

Ashton Heritage Puro Sol Churchill
Cigar Aficionado · Apr 1, 2024
Brimming with flavor and complexity, this Churchill stays in sublime balance. The smoke is impressive in its range with notes of leather, toasted almond, orange peel, cashew and a caramel finish.

Ashton Heritage Puro Sol is a hidden gem of sorts. It resides in the world-renowned Ashton portfolio. You could say it’s tough to stand out in the company of dozens of top-rated, top-selling cigars like Ashton VSG, Ashton Classic, Ashton ESG, and Ashton Symmetry. Heritage holds its own, though. The cigar has been rated 90 points or higher fourteen times in Cigar Aficionado, in addition to making two appearances in the ‘Top 10 Cigars of the Year.’ The blend debuted in 2003 after the Cigar Boom had officially cooled down.Read full review on Holt's Staff Reviews

Overall I was very pleased with this cigar. I’m not sure I can give it a 10/10, but it’s definitely a high 9! I love the draw on this cigar, to me it reminded me of how easily the EP Carrillo cigars draw. That makes it all the better when I smoke it. The flavors were excellent, at some points I wish it had changed a little, but that’s not what they wanted in the blend. The burn line couldn’t have been better. Definitely a great cigar and I would advise everyone to try it. It’s very smooth and easily enjoyable for new smokers and veteran smokers alike.Read full review on Stogies on the Rocks
